Most of our classes are mixed ability and are designed to accommodate a range of experience levels and abilities from beginners to more advanced movers. The classes focus on controlled resistance based movements using the reformers, with exercises that can be modified or progressed to suit everyone's needs and goals.
Any exceptions to the mixed-ability classes will be clearly indicated. We will also be running workshops and adding more classes specifically aimed at fundamental and beginner-level clients. As well as pregnancy and postnatal Pilates, osteoporosis, Classical Pilates and HIIT Pilates.
